Healthability is the personal state of wholeness in body, mind, soul, and spirit that empowers you to fully live, lead, serve, and thrive.
Healthability is more than physical fitness. It is personal and unique to you. It is the condition of being healthy and whole so that you can do what you need to do, want to do, and are called to do. A 28-year-old marathon runner, a trial attorney, a stay-at-home mother raising four children, a police officer working nights, and a grandfather wanting to carry his grandchild to the park all have different definitions of what they need to be fit for.
Come and learn how to live to the fullest as we examine the 7 Fs of Healthability: Fingerprints (identity), Focus (Purpose), Finances, Fit for Duty, Fun, Friends, and Family.
